Sniffing all that sugar,
Left without the sweetness,
Hit up your boy and buy,
A tiny bag of greatness,
‘Cause she left you smaller
Than raindrops on the window
Of that dirty, Mersey,
Local school bus,
Suck and snort,
It back down your throat,
Melt the pain she gave,
And ignore the love she didn’t,
Stumbling and shifting,
Bumping and bending,
You push a white tiger into your nose,
And let it lose in your blood,
It claws at your brain,
Roaring in your eyes,
And snarling in your ears,
The best friend you hate to love,
The cubicle is cramped,
Shredded posters and
Graffiti of wiser men,
Remind you how fun used to feel,
Heaving into a stained basin,
An empty sickness swirls inside,
And though you will it, and will it,
It will not come,
So it’s thumb to the face once more,
And back to that unfamiliar, dirty dance floor,
With the strangers who do not love you,
To forget the girl who broke you,
Tiger, Tiger, burning bright,
In darkening soul,
A creature of white.
